Experience:
Steve de Vre’ brings a wealth of experience with him; a real estate professional in Orange County since 1985. He has lived in Laguna Niguel for more than 20 years. He is a consistent top producer and has sold homes in all price ranges from condos to multi-million dollar custom homes. After being associated with Re/Max Real Estate Services for more than 11 years where he was a Platinum Club and Hall of Fame member each year, Steve opened Laguna Country Real Estate in 2001 and expanded the company to de Vre’ International in 2008.

Merrill de Vre’ brings a strong customer service background to de Vre’ International. Merrill started her career in management at specialty retailer Lord & Taylor in New York. She then took a sales promotion position at Revlon Inc. in the corporate office. She later transferred out to Southern California with Revlon where she managed a large department store territory covering Orange and San Diego counties as well as Phoenix and Las Vegas. In 2001, Merrill obtained her real estate license to partner with her husband, Steve. Merrill currently is the REO property manager as well as retail office manager, where she follows each property transactions from listing to close of escrow making sure that each client has a positive experience with his or her escrow.

Having grown up in the Newport Beach vicinity, and a current resident, Ryan Lu has a strong familiarity and deep devotion to the community as well as wide knowledge of the area. Lu received his associate’s degree from Cuesta College, in San Luis Obispo, as well as excelled in numerous real estate courses at Orange Coast College. Such courses included, “Principles", "Practice", “Appraisal,” as well as architectural and design classes. The combination of Ryan Lu’s experience with the community as well as strong educational background makes him truly a unique realtor who represents a client service-oriented, strategic, aggressive and successful real estate sales and marketing advisor. As a young, eager representative in his first year 2007, Ryan Lu has transacted nearly 5 million dollars of real estate. These transactions included the sale of a Newport Beach Balboa Island home and negotiated the purchase of two high rise condominiums in Orange County.
